It makes up 15.6% of all deaths, by making it the most common cause and reason of death World-Wide. The risk of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), for a given age decreased from 1980 to 2010, especially in developed countries. The number of cases of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), also decreased from 1990 to 2010.

In the United States in 2010, approximately 20% of those people over 65 had Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), where currently, it is 7% of those people 45 to 64, and 1.3 % of those people 18 to 45.

These rates were common among men than women of a given a particular age.

A common type of Signs and Symptoms of Coronary Artery Disease is chest pain or discomfort which may result in suffer in shoulder, arm, back, neck or jaw. Sometimes, it can feel frequently like heartburn. Commonly, Signs and Symptoms occur with exercise or emotional and sentimental tension, last less than a few minutes, and enhance with rest. Shortness of breath may also suddenly occur and sometimes, no Signs and Symptoms are present.

In many cases, the initial symptom is heart attack. Other major Signs and Symptoms are heart-beat or abnormal heart-beat.

CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE (CAD), also known as CORONARY HEART DISEASE (CHD); ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE (IHD) or simply HEART DISEASE (HD), which involves in reduction of blood flow to the heart veins and muscles, coz of build-up of plaque in the arteries of the heart. It is the most common type of cardiovascular diseases.
